Most novel companies don’t fail because of the product. They fail because they never bridge the gap between product and people.

[Handyhand]

With a major TV investment planned for 2026, Handyhand came to us with a challenge: find the right ambassador and develop a scalable TV concept that could carry the brand for years to come. Inspired by the character-driven approach we previously created for Gavmild, our solution was to build a comedic universe around one of Handyhands biggest pains. It is the chaos that happens when people try to fix things themselves without the right skills.

To elevate the character, we teamed up with comedian Esben Pretzmann and director Jesper Rofelt to develop the slightly chaotic but still lovable 'Kuno'. He is a guy who insists on doing everything himself, even though his track record is far from perfect. The result became a series of TV commercials, and 'Moving Day' is one of the first three spots.
